FIRST CLASS SERVICE
Your order will be processed and dispatched within one working day unless we are exceptionally busy. Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class postal service and you should receive your cards within 1-3 working days of dispatch. If you'd like your cards dispatched to you by express delivery, please contact us before you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Inside your package, you'll find minimal, recyclable and sustainable packaging from environmentally friendly sources which ensure your products reach you in the best condition possible, without plastic and unnecessary waste. You might find that we have reused our supplier's packaging to wrap your order, and that's great because we're working hard on our carbon footprint and zero-waste policy and we think the planet comes before shiny new postal bags.
Price of postage is £1.99 and you'll get free delivery when you spend £15.00 or more on your order. Please consider purchasing multiple cards in one order to save on delivery costs but more importantly, minimise delivery emissions and make your order as eco-friendly as possible.
We currently offer delivery to the UK including BFPO addresses. If you would like your items delivered outside of the UK, please contact us before ordering.

RETURNS
Sometimes, things don't go quite to plan. If this happens, we love the opportunity to put it right because we believe every experience is a learning opportunity. Please help us to be the best we can be and let us if we can improve.
Returns are welcome up to 14 days after delivery and we will fully refund the item (excluding postage) provided the item is returned to us in an unused and saleable condition. Use our contact form or message us through our Instagram and Facebook social media channels to begin the returns process. Personalised and handwritten cards will not be accepted for a return and refund under any circumstances so please check your order before you complete your purchase.
