Draw The Line happily accepts returns up to 14 days past purchase date and will fully refund the item (excluding postage) provided the item is returned to us in an unused and saleable condition. Personalised and handwritten cards will not be accepted for a return and refund under any circumstances so please check your order before you complete your purchase. In the unlikely event you would like to return your eco card to us, please contact us and we will try to rectify any issues you may have and provide a returns address to send the item back to us. Items purchased from Draw The Line will be sent out by Royal Mail first class post within 2 working days of purchase. This includes personalised and handwritten cards. If you need your card urgently, contact us and we will get your cards on their way to you the same day. We love to make the world a happy place.
